DESCRIPTION
Removes zombie species (see
´Glossary´
) from the currently displayed tree.
NOTES
Nodes and IDs of species which have been deleted from the database, e.g. by
´Delete Marked Species´
´Delete Listed´
´Delete Species/Gene/Experiment´
are maintained in the trees and indicated as deleted by enclosing their name into '<' and '>' (e.g. '<EscColi>') and drawing them in different color (see
´Color properties´
).
